PART (Power Agility Reaction Training) is a sports agility training program, designed for youth between the ages of 5 - 12 years old.  The purpose of the program is to provide our youth a fun and safe environment where they are able to continue to develop sound fundamental movement skills required for athletic success.  Our coaches focus on developing proper running techniques, agility, strength, speed and coordination while bringing motivation, energy, encouragement, discipline and teamwork to the playing field.  With the help of many sponsors and donations, our program is FREE for our youth.  During the summer of 2012, we will be offering our 5th Annual program to participants who would like to enhance their athletic abilities.
