The Three C's Our Commitment
It doesn't matter what sport you are playing, position, turning pro, or just starting out. The PART program is one of commitment and our goal remains constant - To provide a healthy and safe learning environment for our youth where they can continue to develop sound fundamental movement skills required for athletic success.
Our Curriculum
The program will focus on teaching a curriculum based on true sports instruction and fun, while planting the seeds for a lifetime of sports passion, appreciation and above all, participation. Activities will be designed to improve power, agility, and speed/reaction - the three pillars of athleticism.
Our Coaches
Our coaches understand that effective training also requires positive reinforcement and the use of methods that cater to each athlete's individual learning style. They will focus on developing proper running techniques, agility, strength, speed and coordination, while bringing motivation, energy, encouragement, discipline and teamwork to the playing field. |
